Pre-post comparisons use strict pairing: only participants with both a baseline and two-week post-journey score for the same instrument are included. GAD-7 and PHQ-9 are administered adaptively — they only appear when initial screening scores (GAD-2 ≥ 3 or PHQ-2 ≥ 3) indicate elevated symptoms, so fewer participants have paired scores for these instruments.
