Willow Sat Narayan
I’m Willow Sat Narayan, a Licensed Psilocybin Facilitator in Eugene, Oregon, death companion/doula, grief tender, and body-oriented integration coach.
People come into relationship with psilocybin for many reasons. You may be living with recovery, grief, caregiving, aging and change, facing mortality, meeting an identity or relationship shift, or finding yourself in transition. You may be exploring ancestral healing and connection, integrating a pivotal or magical experience, meeting a soul initiation, or feeling drawn toward deeper belonging, remembrance, and intimacy with Self, life, and the wider ecological web. You may also simply be curious about what is stirring.
My approach is relational, embodied, consent-based, and non-directive. I bring an open heart, discernment, and embodied listening, with room for curiosity, complexity, and what may not yet have words. I hold psilocybin with respect as a living relationship while honoring the many ways people understand and experience that connection.
My work has grown through years of tending the body, sitting close to grief and death, parenting, healing arts, ritual, community facilitation, holistic early childhood educator pathways and songweaving. I am familiar with shadow work, recovery, ancestral healing, grief, and soul initiation—the places that can feel like a descent into the underworld. Sometimes what is encountered there returns with us as creativity, medicine, greater intimacy, or something we are ready to offer back into community and the greater weaving of life.
I bring curiosity rather than assumption and respect your beliefs, cultural context, lived experience, and ways of knowing. My role is to companion what arises and support you in carrying what you remember, reclaim, or come into deeper contact with into the life you are already living.
