Leading up to my journey, she listened intently to what I was hoping to achieve and provided guidance and tools to help stay focused on getting the most out of my experience. My experience with Amy and the facility was nothing but absolute positivity. The day of my journey felt very comfortable and safe. Amy was an attentive and quiet presence for me, and she made me feel secure and cared for the entire time. She created a setting that allowed me to enjoy my experience in the best way, and she adjusted the environment throughout the journey to keep the mood comfortable. Post journey, I now have a new and refreshing view of life. I found the confidence, connection, and creative inspiration I was looking for, and my life has improved immeasurably. My journey room was exactly what I needed—comfortable, calming, and intentionally simple, with nothing unnecessary or distracting. The entire facility was exceptionally clean and thoughtfully designed. I also really appreciated having multiple peaceful areas throughout the center where, as my journey wound down, I could sit, relax, reflect, and begin processing the experience at my own pace. It is clear that an extraordinary amount of thought and care has gone into creating Immersive, not only as a facility but as an environment where people can feel genuinely safe and supported during such a personal experience. I am incredibly grateful for my time there and will absolutely return. I recommend Immersive and Dr. Frank Li wholeheartedly and could not have asked for a better place or team for my journey.

Immersive PDX was a great place for this journey. The facility was clean and minimalist in design with cozy treatment rooms with a soothing nature mural on the wall that helped keep me grounded when times got tough.

Everyone I've interacted with from phone calls, to reception, to facilitators have been not only competent, but genuinely seem like kind, warm, good-hearted people who help you feel comfortable.

There was never a question as to why this universe connected Amy with me for my first experience; later I found that greater powers were in control than just an open opportunity. I walked into those doors knowing it was my last day on this Earth. I needed the greatest miracle. She saved me. She understands people like me; the ones who carry everything, who don't easily let go. And somehow, she creates a space where you finally can. And good grief I fought it. The hardest part was just giving in to your self; letting the preconceived notions of who you are go and just "being". Amy became the one person in this universe who actually saw me. She weaves together grounded presence, Indigenous wisdom, and even spiritual protections. She made it safe enough to go where I needed to go. And then everything opened. My world; my unique world where I could begin the true work. The first acknowledgement of my true being. My soul on full display. Amy took me there. I found connection; not just to myself, but to something much larger. The mycelial network became more than a legend; it became a place of belonging. A place I can return to, even now. And I do often. Not through psychedelics, but the knowledge that I've been there. I walked in overwhelmed. I walked in dying. I walked in crying my last tears. I walked out alive in a way I hadn't imagined. And Amy was there through the old, the war, the rebirth, and the aftercare. She's still there. Please understand that Amy is not guiding you through an experience; she guides you through life. What I experienced was her battling the biggest war of simply entering myself. Seeing the truth instead of just feeling the emotions. She helped me break into something that years of therapy never touched; the beautiful visualization of your own mind. And NOW the real work begins.

I had been struggling with depression and anxiety for the last some 8 years. I had tried talk therapy, ketamine therapy and ayahuasca but nothing was able to really resolve the thoughts of overwhelming hopelessness. After my session with Amy is the first time I have felt truly alleviated of my mental and emotional burdens after so long. A few days after the session I started to feel a lightness in my chest like I did when I was a child. I cannot describe how unbelievable this is (and the journey itself). It takes a truly loving and brave soul (and someone with a deep personal understanding of the journey) to sit with people as they traverse through their journey processing darkness and finding their own profound core and light (it sounds cliche but on the journey this is the best I can describe it). Throughout the experience I just really appreciated Amy having the faith I would come out ok. I can see how this powerful experience on mushrooms could be more volatile if not guided by someone with good faith. It takes strength and love to hold that faith for someone and I think that was the key to my healing. I hope whoever is reading this find that you will be in good hands with her. Thank you Amy.

If you're here reading a review about Amy just know god is putting you in the hands of one of his angels. What she has done for me far exceeds my expectations on this journey with this medicine. Words cannot express the way Amy helped me into the journey and made sure I was ready then walked me through it like I would have never imagined was even possible. My journey on 11/18/25 was so profound because of her it undoubtedly the best day of my life. I'm forever grateful for Amy and this medicine and thrive to pay it forward like she's doing! The center has a great amount of space. I found myself wanting a better tie to nature and I found myself desperately wanting some fresh air.

I can not recommend Amy enough. I was afraid to do this, but she made me feel comfortable, excited and well prepared. The environment she created allowed me to be vulnerable in a safe place filled with peace and openness. Amy was very attentive and available throughout my entire journey. For me suicidal ideation has always been a battle. PTSD, CTE, and hereditary disorders were all contributing factors. Success in my life helped it go away for a while but the road eventually led back to alcoholism and drugs addiction and that was eroding my true meaning of life. I needed help finding my true self and clearing out past trauma that was causing me to drink. I could see myself slipping fast and before it was too late I reached out to Frank and Amy at Immersive for guidance. Their entire process far exceeded everything I hoped for. The day of my journey was the best day of my life. I’m feeling so grateful for life and so driven and in control of myself, I couldn’t be happier! From the bottom of my heart thank you🙏❤️
