About this experience

A private retreat for eight founder/CEOs, built around supervised psilocybin session and structured peer work. This is not a mental health retreat. It is a window to examine your assumptions, your identity, and your direction from a distance that ordinary life rarely affords. Founder life fuses your identity with your company and runs at a pace that prevents the slow integration of self-knowledge. Psilocybin is unusually good at loosening that grip: it quiets the narrative voice that tells you what you're supposed to be, not permanently, but long enough to see your assumptions from outside them. The medicine is not the work by itself. Preparation beforehand and integration afterward, both built into the arc, are where the insight becomes change. You arrive Thursday and phones go away. By dinner you will have said the question you're carrying out loud, to seven peers who have earned the right to push back. Friday is the session itself: a supervised psilocybin experience at SANCTUM, framed by morning preparation and a quiet, held evening. Saturday turns insight into change through somatic work, group sharing, and workshops, so what shifted on Friday still holds when you're back at your company Monday. You depart Sunday after a closing breakfast and ceremony, with a peer cohort, accountability structures, and integration support that continues over the following weeks. Niko Skievaski (CEO, Althea; previously founded Redox) and Henry Winslow (President, Althea; founder of Tricycle Day) host and participate alongside the cohort.
