About this experience
Grief changes you. Whether your loss is recent or has been carried for years, it reshapes your relationship with yourself, others, and the future. It can leave you feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or searching for meaning in a life that no longer feels the same. This is a group psilocybin journey designed specifically around grief and loss, held at Center Origin in Denver. In a small cohort of 4 to 6 participants, you'll move through individualized and group preparation, a professionally facilitated administration session, and structured integration with the same facilitators from start to finish. The process begins with two consultation calls (one with the Center Origin intake team, one with your facilitator), followed by an individual preparation session and a group preparation session with your cohort. The administration session is 6 to 8 hours at Center Origin's licensed healing center. The following day, your cohort reconvenes for a guided group integration session, and 2 to 4 weeks later you'll have an individual integration session with your facilitator. Jewel Lauer and Jeremy Nickel co-facilitate this cohort using a trauma-informed, non-directive approach centered on trust, presence, and the belief that your capacity to heal is already within you.

Refund Policy
$500 deposit required to reserve your place. Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled appointment, missed appointments, or late arrivals that prevent the full session from being completed may result in applicable fees. Clients who have completed preparation sessions will be responsible for the cost of those sessions. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis for unforeseen circumstances.
Safety & Screening
All experiences on Althea are facilitated by licensed or verified providers. Participants must be at least 21 years old and complete a health screening before booking is confirmed. If it is determined that you are ineligible, fees will be refunded.
