If you’ve been spending too much time in your head lately, overthinking, moving through your routines, and feeling disconnected from your body or yourself, this circle is an invitation to experience something different. This women’s circle offers a low-dose, community-centered way to explore psilocybin. This experience is intentionally different from a larger-dose journey: rather than spending several hours immersed in an inward psychedelic experience, you’ll have space to slow down, notice what emerges, and experience the medicine within the supportive setting of a women’s circle. Throughout our three hours together, the circle includes guided meditation, optional breathwork and movement, a sound bath, intention setting, quiet reflection and journaling, and opportunities to connect and share with other women. There is also dedicated time to simply rest and experience the effects of the psilocybin without needing to do or accomplish anything. The experience is designed to help you step away from the noise of everyday life, reconnect with your body and emotions, and create space for greater self-awareness, creativity, and connection. Some women come because they’re curious about psilocybin and want an approachable first experience; others are drawn to exploring the medicine at a lower dose while remaining more present and connected to the group experience. Before the circle, first-time participants meet privately with Francesca for a 20–30 minute preparation and health-screening call so you know what to expect and can ask questions before arriving. Afterward, you’ll also have the option of a private 30-minute integration call to reflect on your experience and explore anything you’d like to carry forward into your everyday life. Psilocybin is purchased separately from the licensed service center on the day of the experience for $10. For safety reasons, participants must arrange transportation to and from the circle.

My experience at Immersive was truly exceptional. From the moment I walked through the door, I felt an immediate sense of comfort, safety, and genuine care. Dr. Frank Li has created a world-class facility that feels incredibly professional while still being warm, peaceful, and welcoming. I was especially fortunate and honored to have Dr. Li, the founder of Immersive, as my co-facilitator for my journey. His knowledge, presence, and thoughtful approach added so much to the experience, and I felt completely supported and cared for throughout. My journey room was exactly what I needed—comfortable, calming, and intentionally simple, with nothing unnecessary or distracting. The entire facility was exceptionally clean and thoughtfully designed. I also really appreciated having multiple peaceful areas throughout the center where, as my journey wound down, I could sit, relax, reflect, and begin processing the experience at my own pace. It is clear that an extraordinary amount of thought and care has gone into creating Immersive, not only as a facility but as an environment where people can feel genuinely safe and supported during such a personal experience. I am incredibly grateful for my time there and will absolutely return. I recommend Immersive and Dr. Frank Li wholeheartedly and could not have asked for a better place or team for my journey.

I had the opportunity to journey with Francesca and Immersive Therapies back in December while visiting Portland with my CIIS cohort, and it was such a beautiful experience. While technically a mini-dose, the experience took me much deeper than I expected and opened up some surprisingly profound places. Francesca created a warm, thoughtful, and beautifully held container that allowed for both connection and meaningful inner exploration. A wonderful reminder that depth isn’t always determined by dose, and that even a gentler experience can be incredibly powerful. I’m grateful for Francesca’s presence and the care she brought to the entire experience.

Immersive PDX was a great place for this journey. The facility was clean and minimalist in design with cozy treatment rooms with a soothing nature mural on the wall that helped keep me grounded when times got tough.

Unfortunately you have the most uncomfortable chairs I've ever encountered in an office. It would be nice if you had other types to choose from.
