About this experience
Stepping into Psychedelics Slowly... Do psychedelics make you uneasy? Step into a psilocybin journey lighter. Curious about psilocybin, but not ready for a full macrodose experience? This offering provides a supported introduction with a lower-dose session, thoughtful preparation, and space to reflect afterward. At TLC Acupuncture & Natural Medicine, we begin by discussing your questions, comfort level, intentions, and eligibility. Together, we explore whether this approach feels appropriate for you, with guidance from Tami Clark, a licensed Colorado psilocybin facilitator. There is no pressure to pursue a deeper experience or move toward a larger dose. This is an invitation to explore slowly, with support, curiosity, and respect for your boundaries. A lower dose can still bring changes in perception, emotions, and physical sensations; each person’s response is different. Refund Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy A $333 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your session date and begin preparation. This deposit is applied toward your total session fee and covers intake review, administrative time, preparation support, scheduling, and holding your appointment. Payment processing fees are non-refundable. Cancellations made at least 14 days before your scheduled psilocybin session receive a refund of payments made, minus the $333 deposit and payment processing fees. Cancellations made 7–13 days before your session are non-refundable, but payments may be applied toward a rescheduled session at the facilitator’s discretion. Cancellations made less than 7 days before your session, missed appointments, or late arrivals that prevent the session from proceeding are non-refundable. If you choose not to proceed after preparation has begun, the cancellation timeframes above apply. If the facilitator determines that proceeding is inappropriate due to medical, psychological, legal, or safety concerns, your session may be postponed, rescheduled, or canceled. Refunds or credits in these circumstances are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are not available after a psilocybin session has taken place. No specific outcome or healing result is guaranteed.
Safety & Screening
All experiences on Althea are facilitated by licensed or verified providers. Participants must be at least 21 years old and complete a health screening before booking is confirmed. If it is determined that you are ineligible, fees will be refunded.
