You've built the career. The title. The income. The life that looks exactly like it was supposed to. And the feeling you were working toward still isn't there. Most high performers recognize this moment and push through it — set a bigger goal, take on more, find the next metric to hit. That's the pattern. And for a lot of people in law, finance, medicine, technology, and leadership, that pattern has been running for decades. Achievement, when it becomes the primary source of identity and self-worth, can take on a life if its own. The pursuit is compulsive. The hits get shorter, or the baseline keeps rising. And when performance finally stops delivering — through burnout, transition, or simply arriving at the destination and feeling nothing — there's no floor underneath. This is what I was trained to work with. And it's territory I know personally. I spent 12 years in tech moving through startups and corporations, getting good at something that still didn't feel like mine. I was functional by every external measure. Thriving was a different story. Psilocybin, in a structured and supported setting, interrupts the default mode network. This is the part of the brain responsible for the constructed self and the stories we've built about who we are. In clinical research, this interruption is linked to increased openness, new perspective on entrenched patterns, and access to meaning-making that ordinary waking consciousness keeps locked down. For the high achiever, this often means encountering — sometimes for the first time in years — who they are when they stop performing. Our work together has three phases. Preparation — we meet 1:1 to establish what you're carrying into this, clarify what you're genuinely looking for, and build the foundation for the session. For this audience, preparation often means slowing down enough to ask questions you haven't had time to ask. Session — a full-day supported psilocybin experience at Happy Rebel Healing, a licensed Healing Center in Boulder, Colorado, within Colorado's regulated natural medicine framework. Six to eight hours of continuous, grounded support. You are not alone in the room or in the experience. Integration — we meet after the session to translate what surfaced into something actionable. For high performers, integration isn't passive reflection, it's the work of deciding what to do next and how it can make a difference. This may be right for you if: You've achieved what you set out to achieve and it hasn't delivered what you expected. You're performing at a high level and feeling increasingly disconnected from it. Burnout has moved past exhaustion into something that feels numb and pointless Your identity is built around your professional role and that role is no longer enough You want to do serious work, not a wellness retreat The question isn't about what you've built. It's about finding what will deliver fulfillment.

My experience with Erin was wonderful. I went into the experience having done a lot of research but all the research in the world can't prepare you for the experience. Because of that, having somebody who is patient, understanding, caring, open, experienced and intuitive is a must. I couldn't be happier with the experience. I feel like I am a more complete version of myself. Thank you Erin. It truly was life changing.

Erin brings a lot of skill, curiosity, emphathy, and insight into his role as a facilitator. I really appreciated his detailed, methodical approach to the preperatory work which made the whole experience extremely valuable; and then Erin's skill, and assuredness really shown through on the day of the medicine journey which allowed the medicine process to unfold meaningfully and effectively.

Erin is a wonderful, kind, compassionate, caring, and medically thorough facilitator. I am 73 years old with severe anxiety. I was on some medications that could interfere with my experience with psilocybin. He worked with me and helped me work with my doctors to lower my medicine doses to safe levels, and I am much better off for this. He was thorough with my preparation and I had a wonderful if exhausting experience. I felt safe and he was there when I needed help for the entire session, which was an entire day. Afterwards he has helped me with breathing techniques and relaxation exercises. I am now micro-dosing and he has followed me daily, and will continue to do so for at least 8 more weeks. I highly recommend Erin as a trusted and trained facilitator. My gratitude to hime is immeasurable.
