Gina really goes the extra mile to ensure you have a very comfortable, safe and enjoyable journey. I spent close to a year working with her in a therapy setting before embarking on a facilitated journey with her and I cannot recommend that model enough. It allows for a deeper bond and understanding to be built before putting yourself in a situation that can be somewhat vulnerable.

Gina truly goes the extra mile to ensure you have a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience. Outside of guided psilocybin work, she is also a trauma informed therapist. I highly recommend building a bond with her through consistent therapy, and then embarking on a journey when you feel ready. I took this approach and feel as though the bond we built beforehand really allowed me to completely trust her during my journey. I couldn't have asked for a better support system.

Gina is a gift. I would highly recommend her offerings. I attended the Winter Solstice Women's 3-day retreat. The prep calls, the journey day, and the integration offerings were intentionally lead and healing. Gina has a lot of experience working with psilocybin and has a calm and caring presence. It was my first time using the medicine and I am very grateful it was in this setting.
