Heather Hart

Heather Hart is a Colorado Licensed Natural Medicine Facilitator and founder of Wild Hart Medicine, with more than a decade of professional psychedelic facilitation experience. She offers psilocybin preparation, facilitation, and integration throughout the Pikes Peak region, including Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs. Her approach is grounded in the understanding that meaningful psychedelic work is not created by directing an experience, but by cultivating the conditions in which a person can safely encounter their own inner process. She works with a quiet, non-directive style centered in presence, attunement, informed consent, and respect for each person's autonomy. Heather brings years of experience in contemplative and embodied practice to her work, drawing from yoga, sound, somatic awareness, ritual, and nature-based practice while remaining attentive to the individual needs, beliefs, and intentions of each client. Preparation is approached as an essential part of the work, helping clients develop relationship with intention, uncertainty, and the internal resources they may draw upon during their experience. Her work extends beyond the medicine session itself. Integration focuses on how insight becomes lived participation: in relationship, choice, boundaries, creativity, and everyday life. Heather works primarily one-to-one and welcomes clients seeking a thoughtful, relational, and deeply individualized approach to psilocybin facilitation.
