I am a licensed psilocybin facilitator in Northwest Oregon and a lead instructor with the Changa Institute’s facilitator training program. My diverse professional background includes mentorship of at-risk young adults, youth crisis intervention, education, and endangered species recovery. I am also certified as an end of life doula, and am active in many creative endeavors such as music, pottery, and stained glass. With experience supporting more than 150 clients, several groups, as well as leading several practicums for future facilitators, I believe every person’s journey is unique. Rather than following a rigid formula, I take the time to understand your hopes, concerns, intentions, and needs, and walk with you through a process that is designed to fit you. Preparation Over the course of multiple meetings we will work together to create a supportive framework and container for your experience. We will explore and clarify your intentions, answer questions, build trust, and develop practical skills to help you navigate and gain the most out of your experience. I also provide resources and activities that you can engage with throughout this process to further develop your skills and cultivate a mindset that will be as conducive to a productive session as possible. Session Day I ensure that the container for your experience is aligned with your intentions and preparation. I provide a calm, grounded, and reassuring presence that allows you to remain deeply connected to your own experience. I don’t seek to direct or control the journey; instead, I support you in navigating it safely and authentically. Your safety, comfort, and wellbeing are always my highest priorities. Integration integration is as individual as the experience itself. We will work together in our first integration session to develop a plan for integration that will help you gain lasting benefits from your experience. I often provide ongoing integration support at no extra cost.
