I’m Willow Sat Narayan, a Licensed Psilocybin Facilitator in Oregon, death companion/doula, grief tender, and body-oriented integration coach. I companion people through the many turnings of being human—from grief, uncertainty, and change to curiosity, possibility, and a desire to come into closer relationship with oneself and with life. People feel drawn toward relationship with psilocybin for many reasons. You may be facing mortality, caregiving, moving through recovery, sudden loss, depression or anxiety, an identity shift, relational rupture, or integrating something that has abruptly changed your life. You may be carrying an experience that has not had enough witness, or feeling the loneliness of disconnection and isolation. You may also be doing well and simply feel curious about what is stirring or asking for your attention. You do not need to be in crisis to come to this work. My approach is relational, embodied, and non-directive. I hold psilocybin with respect as a living relationship rather than an object or intervention, while honoring that each person may experience and understand that relationship differently. I do not assume what a journey should be or where it should lead. My work has grown through many years of tending the body, sitting close to grief and death, parenting, healing arts, ceremony, group facilitation, community grief rituals, and songweaving. Attunement, embodied listening, and patience with life’s unfolding are central to how I companion. I have an affinity for liminal spaces—those places where what has been is changing and what comes next may not yet be clear. There is room here for mystery, sorrow, curiosity, tenderness, play, and for what has been carried alone to receive care and witness. Preparation, journey day, and integration are woven together with care. My practice is consent-based and grounded in spiritual autonomy and cultural humility. I offer licensed psilocybin facilitation in Eugene, Oregon.
