This dashboard shows aggregate, real-world outcomes from licensed psilocybin services at healing centers in Oregon and Colorado, updated in real time as facilitators and centers record sessions. All figures are aggregated across participants; no individual-level data is shown. See Methods & data notes for how this data is collected and what it can and cannot show.
Showing real-world data from January 2025 through August 2026.
Facilitators and centers in Oregon and Colorado record every session through the Althea platform, using a shared set of fields regardless of which state's program they operate under. That includes the safety and dosing information required by state law, such as dose administered and any adverse events during or after a session. Demographic information is collected in a standardized safety screening instrument.
Facilitators can also invite participants, on a voluntary basis, to complete short mental health questionnaires before their session and again two weeks after: the PHQ-9 for depression, the GAD-7 for anxiety, and the WHO-5 for general wellbeing. A separate questionnaire, the MEQ-30, captures the character of the experience itself and is sent about two days after the administration session.
Pre/post comparisons on this dashboard use strict pairing: only participants with both a baseline and a two-week post-journey score for the same instrument are included. GAD-7 and PHQ-9 are administered adaptively — they only appear when initial screening scores (GAD-2 ≥ 3 or PHQ-2 ≥ 3) indicate elevated symptoms, so fewer participants have paired scores for these instruments than for WHO-5.
Facilitators and centers use the Althea platform as their day-to-day practice management system, for scheduling, intake, dosing records, and safety documentation. Because of that, the figures on this dashboard reflect real-time program activity rather than a periodic export or a one-time research pull, and update continuously as new sessions are recorded.
This dashboard does not represent the entire regulated psilocybin market in Oregon and Colorado. It reflects only the facilitators and centers who use the Althea platform to run their practice.
